The compound of phytonutrients (such as caffeic acid, violaxanthin, zeaxanthin, pinene, quercetin, coumaric acid, lutein, isolutein, alpha-carotene, cryptoxanthin) are key elements towards a healthy life. This is because Kiwi fruit contains a variety of phytonutrients (such as carotenoids and flavonoids) that responsible for the DNA protection. The similar effects were also obvious for those who added Kiwis to their normal diets.
